We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin \/ Human Resources Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In this role, you will provide a strategic oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct references and background checks on new hires<\/li>\n<li>Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations<\/li>\n<li>Manage schedules and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and encourage strategies to increase performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salary, employee benefits and opportunities for promotion.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all employee relations activities within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out public relations functions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks \/ maintains data.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Work with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses<\/li>\n<li>Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise directly with clients, issue invoices\/notices, negotiate on outstanding payments and where necessary initiates recovery action<\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly and quarterly departmental reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or HND in a similar field.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3-5 years&#8217; experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in standard HR software<\/li>\n<li>Honest, trustworthy, respectful, with a high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, including problem solving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:\u00a0<\/strong>N120,000 &#8211; N150,000 \/ Month<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruiment@owensxley.com\" target=\"_blank\">recruiment@owensxley.com<\/a><\/strong> using the &#8220;Job title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>12th October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Owens and Xley is a Small Business Advisory and Consulting Company in Lagos, Nigeria.
