{"id":11249,"date":"2011-10-03T00:33:19","date_gmt":"2011-10-02T23:33:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=11249"},"modified":"2011-10-03T00:33:19","modified_gmt":"2011-10-02T23:33:19","slug":"training-specialist-brewing-at-international-breweries-plc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/training-specialist-brewing-at-international-breweries-plc.html","title":{"rendered":"Training Specialist (Brewing) at International Breweries Plc"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>International Breweries Plc.,<\/strong> a brewery based in Ilesa, Osun State, in the south western part of the country is offering challenging and exciting job opportunity for results oriented professionals that are interested in being part of our growth programme, in the following vacant positions:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Title: Training Specialist (Brewing)<!--more--><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The Training Specialist (Brewing) who will report to the Brewing Manager will create and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing effective service to the value chain, focused on competence acquisition and performance<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Special duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Amongst other duties, the Training Specialist (Brewing) will;<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate learning, coaching and development activities for brewing<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate training assessments on brewing teams<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOP\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Carry out competence assessments<\/li>\n<li>Deliver shop floor and supervisory training<\/li>\n<li>Plan and initiate development and learning processes<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the efficiency of training<\/li>\n<li>Develop and acquire resource and solutions within area of specialization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Qualifications and skills required<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The occupant of this position should possess;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.SC\/HND in any science discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Technical Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Key competencies and attributes<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of performance management, human resource development (HRD), competence assessment practices and training evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Deep technical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Deep experience in a brewing, packaging or process control environment<\/li>\n<li>Proven training, coaching and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The vacancies have minimum requirements listed.
