We have a special interest in property development.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Social Media Manager \/ Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.<\/li>\n<li>As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company&#8217;s views creatively.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals<\/li>\n<li>Set specific objectives and report on ROI<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews<\/li>\n<li>Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications<\/li>\n<li>Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Social media manager<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in content management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent copywriting skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with web design<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 3 years Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of online marketing channels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN80,000 &#8211; N100,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their Resume in pdf format and as an attachment via email to: <a href=\"mailto:zainab@veritasihomes.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>zainab@veritasihomes.com<\/strong><\/a> using the position as subject of email<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>12th October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Veritasi Homes &amp; Properties Limited &#8211; We are a real estate company that provides marketing, advisory and developmental service across the entire real estate value chain in Nigeria.
