Our services include of Small Business Startup and Set up, Business Plan preparation, Business Process Design and Business Strategy Formulation.<\/p>\n<p>We know the role good planning plays in any business and its associated costs; and the initial capital challenges faced by a small business which is why we have developed solutions which ensure that small business owners have access to technical skills but at a fraction of the cost.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Magodo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post daily on the Instagram page to drive customer retention<\/li>\n<li>Receive and make customer calls.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customers and seller&#8217;s testimonials.<\/li>\n<li>Give daily operations feedback details to management.<\/li>\n<li>Record documentation of all customer interactions with contact details.<\/li>\n<li>Reply all DM&#8217;s and emails<\/li>\n<li>Perform related tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc in a relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skils.<\/li>\n<li>Social media management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to resolve and escalate customer complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N50,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@owensxley.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>recruitment@owensxley.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>15th October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Owens and Xley is a Small Business Advisory and Consulting Company in Lagos, Nigeria.
