We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Team Lead, Domestic Primary Markets<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Head &#8211; Primary Markets<br \/>\n<strong>Grade:<\/strong> Manager &#8211; Senior Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Division:<\/strong> Listings Business Division<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Primary Markets Department<br \/>\n<strong>Estimated Date of Resumption:<\/strong> Tuesday, December 1, 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Team Lead \u2013 Domestics Primary Market(ICT, Services, Utilities\/Power) has the main responsibility of attracting new companies to list on The Exchange\u2019s Boards \u2013 (ASEM Board, Main Board and Premium Board) and increase the value added to existing listed companies on the (ASEM Board, Main Board and Premium Board, through The Exchange\u2019s various value added services (VAS) offerings to ensure continued retention.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent is expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the sector(s) assigned to them as well as maintain and attract new clients accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to the Head, Primary Markets, the incumbent of the role will operate from the Corporate Headquarters of The Exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect companies to bring them to list on The Exchange\u2019s Boards \u2013 ASEM, Main Board and Premium<\/li>\n<li>Market and sell various products &amp; services of the NSE to prospective and existing listed companies to increase the listing value proposition<\/li>\n<li>Develop, and maintain trusted relationships with the leadership and executive level of listed companies, eg CEO, CFO, and Board Members<\/li>\n<li>Through pro-active relationship management, identify new products \/ incremental revenue opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Present to industry associations on capital markets and listing related issues<\/li>\n<li>Respond to enquiries from prospective and listed companies<\/li>\n<li>Organize periodic forums with listed companies as determined by market conditions and The Exchange\u2019s business imperatives<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Product Management team and other teams to provide market intelligence on ongoing product and service development<\/li>\n<li>Generally act as the main point of contact for listed companies with The Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Promote listed company interface with The Exchange through participation at \u201cbell ringing\u201d ceremonies, \u201cFacts behind the Figures\u201d and attendance at relevant NSE events.
