We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Office Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Festac, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain document management systems<\/li>\n<li>Set up work procedures<\/li>\n<li>Collate information<\/li>\n<li>Maintain databases<\/li>\n<li>Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with internal and external contacts<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Operate office equipment<\/li>\n<li>Manage office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain office systems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain schedules and calendars<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and confirm appointments<\/li>\n<li>Organize internal and external events<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming emails, mail and other material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree \/ HND with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
