It is filled with the joy of discovery and the excitement of academic growth.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk \/ Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Awoyaya, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will undertake all administrative and clerical duties<\/li>\n<li>Be an interface between the school management, parents and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Be customer-focused and possess the ability to deal with enquiries from parents, guests\/visitors and give accurate information and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the record of all entries to and fro the school premises<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Business Development Lead to create engaging content for school\u00c3\u201a\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused.<\/li>\n<li>Seek out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audience.<\/li>\n<li>Works with BD Lead to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy<\/li>\n<li>Writes and distributes e-newsletters to parents and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Be in charge of receiving, screening, redirecting and making official telephone calls, telephone enquiries on admission and other aspects of the school.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and direct students \/ parents \/ visitors to appropriate departments after conducting preliminary interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct school tours when required.<\/li>\n<li>Keep and update students and staff record.<\/li>\n<li>Make appointments between school officials, parents and visitors<\/li>\n<li>Receive pupils and handling them back to their parents afterschool close.<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science or Social Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Be Friendly, easy going, cheerful and well mannered.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service focused<\/li>\n<li>Great appreciation of Social Media Technology, Networking and Advertisements.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Front Desk representative, agent in relevant position<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management and basic record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and people management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:enparioh.schools@outlook.com\"><strong>enparioh.schools@outlook.com<\/strong><\/a> using role applied for as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only applicants staying within Awoyaya and its environment will be considered<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>23rd October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enpario Hall Schools is a place with deep commitment to learning, an environment that nourishes the intellectual, moral, emotional, and social growth of every child.
