Incorporated in 2012 and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, GIG Logistics leverages on technology to gain competitive advantage.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Service Center Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance to walk-in customers on product and service offerings<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers and potential customers with information on SLA and delivery timelines<\/li>\n<li>Ensures strict adherence to GIGL\u2019s Standard Operating Procedure in the sending, safe-keeping, receiving, and releasing of parcels.<\/li>\n<li>Drive client satisfaction by ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).<\/li>\n<li>Eliminate the possibility of shipping contraband and prohibited goods by ensuring 100% inspection of all parcels presented for shipping.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and cross-sell company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper documentation and safety of all parcels sent and received.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance to scanning process and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Serve guests by providing product\/ service information related to delivery life-cycle, rates and payment.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer&#8217;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND from a government recognized tertiary institution<\/li>\n<li>Customer-centric, tech-Savvy, young and personable<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of mandatory NYSC scheme or Exemption Certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/GIGLogistics\/743999721646883-service-center-agent\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GIG Logistics is a member of The GIG Group and prides itself as Nigeria\u2019s leading logistics company.
