Our corporate vision as part of our efforts to deliver customer management solutions is Building Bridges, Creating Opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Our Mission is to Set customer-centric service standards through synergy, trust and excellence in a manner that would enhance the profitability of our stakeholders&#8217;.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Contact Centre Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Oshodi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle customer complaints or enquiries via telephone, emails or text messages.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with needed information and support<\/li>\n<li>Make outbound calls.<\/li>\n<li>Receive inbound calls<\/li>\n<li>Promote good listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Manage length of calls.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of calls<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call centre manger to ensure synergy and all time customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to call script and call centre policies.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customers\/callers are satisfied.<\/li>\n<li>Gather information from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently ensure call(outbound\/inbound) quality<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of ND in Mass Communications or any related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Contact centre operations certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in the Contact Centre<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact center industry<\/li>\n<li>Must speak English &amp; at least one (1) major nigerian language &#8211; Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:apply@consollimited.com\" target=\"_blank\">apply@consollimited.com<\/a><\/strong> with the Role as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only applicants residing in the following axis will be considered: Ilupeju \/ Oshodi \/ Mushin, Somolu \/ Bariga \/ Yaba \/ Ebutte-Metta \/ Maryland \/ Ikeja \/ Ogba \/ Isolo\/ Ilasa \/ Okota \/ Cele \/ Surulere \/ Oworoshoki \/ Gbagada \/ Anthony<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>10th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ConSol is the premier provider of Contact Centre Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Customer Management Solutions (CMS) in Nigeria.
