We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Epe, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary responsibility of the HR Officer is to assist in executing day-to-day human resources activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the HR Manager to prepare manpower and recruitment schedules<\/li>\n<li>Conduct first level sorting\/filtering of CV&#8217;s in line with minimum job requirements<\/li>\n<li>Send interview notice to candidates and follow up<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing job adverts for placement<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with staff to obtain necessary documentation for confirmation e.g. references etc.<\/li>\n<li>Notify and follow-up with HODs to ensure necessary documentation regarding confirmation are done<\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing reports on payroll input and ensure timely processing and remittance of all payroll related deductions e.g. PAYE pension contributions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving staff issues \/ enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit periodic activity \/ management reports to the HR Manager<\/li>\n<li>Prepare interview documents, training schedules, and provide logistics support to ensure smooth implementation<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the orientation\/on-boarding process, set-up new hires i.e. assign computer systems, uniforms, issuance of ID and complimentary cards, keep track of staff birthdays, coordination of meal tickets, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data and information on the staff database, leave data, training. and ensure timely processing of staff confirmation, in line with established policy:<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification, Experience, Skills And Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree or its equivalent preferably in administration, management or social sciences.<\/li>\n<li>ACIPM Professional certification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years&#8217; experience in Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details, organization and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of proactivity and ability to follow through on assigned tasks<\/li>\n<li>High sense of commitment, responsibility andaccountability<\/li>\n<li>High integrity and ethical standards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good crisis management skills<\/li>\n<li>High integrity and ethical standards<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage priorities and function effectively with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team and within established timeframes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application letter and CV to: <a href=\"mailto:careers@atlantic-hall.net\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@atlantic-hall.net<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>28th October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atlantic Hall School is a co-educational full boarding secondary school set in extensive and beautiful grounds in Poka, Epe, a safe rural setting close to the Atlantic Ocean.
