The bank has its head office at No. 18 Montgomery Road, Yaba, Lagos.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Internal Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong> Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.<\/li>\n<li>Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage resources and audit assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and\/or Risk Committees.<\/li>\n<li>Overall supervision of planned annual audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 2 &#8211; 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Credit and Marketing<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Yaba and its environs, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head of Credit and Marketing is responsible for Supervision of all Business Development initiatives, Personnel and Resources<\/li>\n<li>Provide effective leadership guidance in business development strategy<\/li>\n<li>Achieve overall profitability target of the microfinance bank<\/li>\n<li>Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business<\/li>\n<li>Lead generation through organised sales presentations to prospects<\/li>\n<li>Team Leadership; collaborate with staff to ensure successful execution of designated strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Interview prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Inspect prospective client&#8217;s business to ascertain its viability and assessment of collateral<\/li>\n<li>Write reports for granting of loan facility<\/li>\n<li>Monitor approved loans and advise clients on good management practices<\/li>\n<li>Consistently adhere to regulatory standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess Bachelor&#8217;s degree with 5-10 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Company Driver <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong> Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.<\/li>\n<li>Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle\u2019s coming and goings.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Clean driving record.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of local roads and routes.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Punctual and reliable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSCE \/ GCE \/ NECO with 2-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to<strong>: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@petramfbank.com\"><strong>info@petramfbank.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>23rd November, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Petra Microfinance Bank (PMFB) Plc is fully in the business of rendering micro financial services to all its customers, particularly the active poor.
