We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong> Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the \u201cface\u201d of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests.<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort and forward emails.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records and files.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office expenses and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND, NCE, OND or BSc with 0-2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Updated CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@canpelrevenue.com.ng\">jobs@canpelrevenue.com.ng<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>20th December, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Canpel Revenue Services is a team of professionals who work in HR management roles, ICT Solutions, cooperate trainings and development.
