JOB\u00a0TITLE: REGIONAL\u00a0LOGISTICS\u00a0OPERATIONS OFFICER<\/strong><\/p>\n

DEPARTMENT: Sales and Distribution
\nLOCATION: Plateau<\/strong><\/strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Stock Requisition.
\n-Raise stock requisitions based on daily and weekly splits as approved by RIS \/ RIM.\u2022Receive stock & Issue Stock.
\n-Receive\u00a0handsets, simkits, recharge cards, POS materials and accessories ordered by\u00a0Inventory\u00a0Supervisor from the central warehouse and store it in B2B.
\n-Confirm condition and completeness of stock received.
\n-Ensure that stock levels are maintained, reporting imminent stock-outs toInventory\u00a0Supervisor.
\n-Issue simkits, recharge cards, POS materials and accessories to the Service Centres, Dealers and to Connect stores from B2B.
\n-Issue stock requested on internal requisitions for staff starter packs,handsets\u00a0and promotional\/\u00a0gift items\u00a0at the request of management.
\n-Issue replacement\u00a0handsets\u00a0and starter packs faulty when requested by S\/C Controller following reports of DOA\u00a0handsets\u00a0and starter packs received by customers.
\n-Return all DOA stock to Central warehouse.\u2022Dispatch of all out bound stock from B2B (Hub) to required destinations (spokes) \/ TP Inventories.
\n-Process requisitions from other B2Bs\/Spokes ensuring accurate PODs are raised.
\n-Physical dispatch of processed stock and ensure proper handover to the receiving B2B or Spoke.
\n-Timely process and hand over TP stock to\u00a0courier\u00a0for onward delivery to TP\u00a0inventory
\n-Notify Site\u00a0Security\u00a0Supervisor on completion of TP for deliveries<\/p>\n

\u2022Maintain stock.
\n-Ensure store is tidy and clean and that stock is secure at all times.
\n-Conduct daily stock count.
\n-Report all stock discrepancies and irregularities to\u00a0Inventory\u00a0supervisor.<\/p>\n

\u2022Customer Care
\n-Ensure that Customers are attended to in a timely, courteous and caring manner at all times.
\n-Attend to Customer queries relating to used cards, missing cards, Status 3 cards etc and escalate accordingly.
\n-Escalated Stock losses or theft as reported by\u00a0Business Partners<\/p>\n

\u2022Maintain and Collate Records with regard to all\u00a0Inventory\u00a0issues
\n-Report and record of all queries resolutions in\u00a0soft\u00a0and hard copies.
\n-Escalated Stock losses or theft as reported by\u00a0Business Partners.
\n-Collate, arrange and keep in an orderly manner all historic documentation ofInventory\u00a0data (specs, price changes, new products etc) in\u00a0soft\u00a0and hard copies.
\n-Handle and effect the timely integration of all manual transactions with the system and maintain the necessary records of all such transactions are kept for easy audit trail.<\/p>\n

\u2022Identify and Report on systems related queries.
\n-Identify and escalate system queries and problems with regards to stock from IFS.<\/p>\n
