{"id":11394,"date":"2011-10-12T00:28:14","date_gmt":"2011-10-11T23:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=11394"},"modified":"2016-11-24T13:26:40","modified_gmt":"2016-11-24T12:26:40","slug":"central-bank-of-nigeria-principal-economists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/central-bank-of-nigeria-principal-economists.html","title":{"rendered":"Central Bank of Nigeria: Principal Economists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The\u00a0Central Bank of Nigeria\u00a0(CBN)<\/strong>, with Head Office in Abuja, is seeking qualified, skilled, and energetic individuals to fill the vacant position \u00a0Principal Economists (Managers \u2013 Senior Managers) in the Financial Policy and Regulation, Monetary Policy, Research, Statisticsand Development Finance Departments of the Bank.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<div>The ideal candidates must be Nigerian nationals with strong leadership qualities, analytical, writing and presentation skills, and established track records in academia, banking, or consulting in relevant industry.They must also have a strong working knowledge of modern research techniques.<\/div>\n<p>>SENIOR ECONOMISTS AND PRINCIPAL ECONOMISTS: MONETARY POLICY, RESEARCH, STATISTICS AND DEVELOPMENT FINANCE DEPARTMENTS<br \/>\n><strong>JOB ROLE<\/strong>: \u00a0 Manager \u2013 Senior Manager<br \/>\n<strong>JOB PROFILE:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThis position requires top-rank economists with cutting edge competencies in Monetary Economics, Open-economy Macroeconomics, Financial Economics\/Financial Econometrics, Econometrics\/Economic modeling including DSGE modeling, and International Economics (Exchange Rate Economics and Trade\/Policy).
