We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Owerri, Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to HR Manager and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee information by updating the current HR database and files<\/li>\n<li>Assist in periodic appraisals to assess employee performance<\/li>\n<li>Performing file audit to ensure all required employee documents are collected and filed<\/li>\n<li>Completing Exit clearance paper work and assisting with exit interviews<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Training of Staff<\/li>\n<li>Assist in staff recruitment by posting jobs and scheduling interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information and assistance to staff, Managers on human resource and work-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Welcome new employees to the organization by coordinating orientation, paper work and settling<\/li>\n<li>Provide payroll information by collating time and attendance records<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or B.A in Human Resources or any related field<\/li>\n<li>0-3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and writing skill<\/li>\n<li>Good analytic and problem-solving skill<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skill<\/li>\n<li>Proven HR experience and computer literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their detailed CV to: <a href=\"mailto:careers@emeraldfb.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@emeraldfb.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>10th November, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emerald Food and Beverage Company Limited is a health and wellness benefits company specialized in the production of MANGERO premium bottled water.
