We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Restaurant Manager <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations<\/li>\n<li>Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts<\/li>\n<li>Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity<\/li>\n<li>Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Manage restaurant\u2019s good image and suggest ways to improve it<\/li>\n<li>Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses<\/li>\n<li>Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events<\/li>\n<li>Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)<\/li>\n<li>Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess relevant qualification<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to: <a href=\"mailto: info@portionsbybay.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>info@portionsbybay.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>11th November, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Portions By Bay operate in the hospitality industry by providing quality and delicious meals.
