It commands a share of over 15% of the computer systems market in Nigeria with a strong foray into the Ghanaian and the larger West African market.<\/p>\n<p>DCC Networks dedicates itself to VSAT, Metropolitan Area Network, Wide Area Network, Systems Integration and Network Monitoring and Management.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Job Description<\/h2>\n<p>Liquidity Management<\/p>\n<p>This is about driving the Group\u2019s cash generation from Receivables to run its businesses and advising\u00a0 the finance unit on how to fund the Group financial needs in the most efficient manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This will involve:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accelerating the flow in Account Receivables, WHT and Account Payables;<\/li>\n<li>devising a system to track and automatically chase late payers and charging them interest where necessary;<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that the Group uses the assets (mainly current assets) available to it to get the best returns;<\/li>\n<li>working with heads of project to reduce the delay between booking and billing periods,<\/li>\n<li>forecasting all cash payments in and out across all areas of the Group\u2019s business to alert on potential shortfalls or surpluses to be re-invested;<\/li>\n<li>managing the Group working capital as efficiently as possible and providing report on same and other relevant information to assist Finance in sourcing for external funding where required; and<\/li>\n<li>periodically carry out credit analysis and credit worthiness check on the Group\u2019s customers to mitigate inherent credit risk in transacting business with the customers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Corporate Financial Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is all about ensuring that the financial activities of the Group fit with the Group\u2019s business strategy. Your job in this area involves:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0advising on the best way to fund the company\u2019s operations;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0assisting the Group CFO in project evaluations and business expansion assignments;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0ensuring that the company uses the assets available to it to get the best returns;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0supervising the tax sub-unit so that the Group pays no more tax than it needs to; and<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0supervising the Group\u2019s store to ensure the Group investment in inventory is optimal and \u00a0efficient<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risk Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is about understanding what business and financial risks the Group is exposed to and considering whether the returns generated are sufficient to justify taking those risks.<br \/>\nYour job in this area involves:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0assessing and advising the company on how to manage interest rate risk;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0assessing and advising the company on how to manage foreign exchange risk; and<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0carrying out other treasury related functions as may be required from time to time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attributes:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The person must be a leader, self motivated, innovative and able to use own initiative. He\/she must also possess interpersonal &amp; team building skills.
