Business Manager \u2013 Major Projects (Lagos)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Overall Purpose of Job:<br \/>\nResponsible for collating, tracking, monitoring and reporting intelligence on all major projects in the upstream sector of the industry and for developing a strategy of including the company on relevant Approved Vendors\u2019 List of all identified and viable projects<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out necessary research\/intelligence gathering, reports, tenders and presentations that will ultimately win the company\u2019s contracts in ongoing\/upcoming projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the Business Development Team activities and new business development prospects<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities in E &amp; P companies, based on intelligence collated.<br \/>\n\u2022 Update the major projects database regularly and circulate to appropriate persons. Identify immediate and long term clients\u2019 needs for the company\u2019s products and services on such projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and arrange meetings between E &amp; P companies and visiting partners.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor company performance against defined key performance indices\/metrics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all product offerings and services<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage day to day relationships with partners, clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiate and close up on deals with partners and clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Act as a liaison officer between the company and other key agencies in the industry such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out other activities as may be delegated by the Managing Director from time to time<\/p>\n<p>Person Specification:<br \/>\n\u2022 A good university degree in a business\/social science \u2013 related discipline. Procurement Service Advisor (Lagos)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Overall Purpose of Job:<br \/>\nTo provide bid administrative support and provide customer assistance on bid-related transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022Receive and process Requests for Quotation (RFQ)<br \/>\n\u2022Obtain quotes from suppliers, prepare and submit quotations to clients<br \/>\n\u2022Follow up on all submitted RFQs<br \/>\n\u2022Receive and process Purchase Orders (PO)<br \/>\n\u2022Work within established supply chain procedures for requisition<br \/>\nprocessing, validation, payment, delivery and invoicing<br \/>\n\u2022Liaise with field staff and clients to generate RFQs<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain comprehensive filing system<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain high degree of safety and confidentiality of documents and company property<\/p>\n<p>Person Specification:<br \/>\n\u2022A good first degree or equivalent<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum of 2-3 years experience, preferably in a Procurement &amp; Service function<br \/>\n\u2022Experience of Vendor Management, negotiation and product sourcing<br \/>\n\u2022Highly numerate with strong spreadsheet skills<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n3.
