We deliver innovative talent management using our cutting-edge digital solutions that drive business performance.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Ibadan Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with logistics planning and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Handle organizational and minor clerical support task<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring Register Incoming and outgoing staff and visitors<\/li>\n<li>Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Perform work-related errands as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Closing the office after work hours<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining supplies and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation;<\/li>\n<li>Perform other special project assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nEducational Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Social Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Age range- 23-30 Years<\/li>\n<li>Sex- Male preferable<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate and ability to use office applications<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the above, candidate must have an amiable personality, very vast in computer office applications and an ability to communicate effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:avanthalogen18@gmail.com\"><strong>avanthalogen18@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using &#8220;Admin Officer &#8211; Ibadan&#8221; as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>19th December, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
