We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Office Assistant <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleaning the office on daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining high degree of cleaniness in the office.<\/li>\n<li>Handling incoming calls and other communications.<\/li>\n<li>Managing filing system.<\/li>\n<li>Recording information as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Greeting clients and visitors as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.<\/li>\n<li>Helping organize and maintain office common areas.<\/li>\n<li>Performing general office clerk duties and errands.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating events as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining supply inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining office equipment as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Aiding with client reception as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a virtual assistant.<\/li>\n<li>Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic computer knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must posses minimum of SSCE \/ OND certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Must be ready to learn and well detailed oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:hr.jobs@bethsaidagroups.com\"><strong>hr.jobs@bethsaidagroups.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>7th November, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bethsaida Limited is a group of companies devoted to lasting success in Financial Services, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate.
