{"id":115680,"date":"2020-11-05T11:04:56","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T10:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=115680"},"modified":"2020-11-05T00:30:41","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T23:30:41","slug":"oracle-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/oracle-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Oracle Recent Available Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oracle provides the world&#8217;s most complete, open, and integrated business software and hardware systems, with more than 370,000 customers including 100 of the Fortune 100 representing a variety of sizes and industries in more than 145 countries around the globe.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Compensation &amp; Benefits Consultant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong> Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, United Arab Emirates<br \/>\n<strong>Job Code:<\/strong> 20000YCH<br \/>\n<strong>Job:<\/strong> Human Resources<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Regular Employee Hire<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with HR Business Partners in the implementation of Oracle\u2019s reward strategy<\/li>\n<li>Developing and validating salary grades and ranges across a number of countries<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of the external market reward trends through surveys and use of networks.<\/li>\n<li>Providing data and data analysis, trends information and recommendations for Regional, EMEA, and Global management use.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and participate in pan EMEA projects as required.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the HR team in updating HR policies and procedures as required<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the research, design and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for job evaluation, salary administration, survey participation, and data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Selecting and managing benefit vendors ensuring cost control and optimum value<\/li>\n<li>Developing, reviewing and implementing car \/ car allowance policies aligned to market and company practice<\/li>\n<li>Providing compensation and benefits expertise during merger and acquisition activity.<\/li>\n<li>Providing practical advice and guidance to HR Business Partners on the management of reward issues<\/li>\n<li>Develop and present communications material on reward topics to HR, Line Management and employees<\/li>\n<li>As a member of Corporate Compensation, you will assist in the design and implementation of Oracle*s global total compensation programs including base salary, cash incentives, and stock options. Will interface with Oracle*s web tools to support compensation programs.<\/li>\n<li>Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should be self-managing, have excellent communications skills and the confidence and credibility to influence senior management.<\/li>\n<li>May have project lead role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills in partnering with HR and management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and Excel spreadsheets is essential.<\/li>\n<li>5 years compensation experience and BA \/ BS degree.<\/li>\n<li>Developed knowledge of reward practice and consultancy, ideally gained in the technology sector, is a pre-requisite.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally the candidate should be degree qualified and have experience of working in a large complex multinational organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in compensation and benefits, knowledge of insured benefits and vendor management advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is an exciting opportunity to join Oracle\u2019s EMEA Compensation and Benefits team, providing C&amp;B support for a cluster of countries, in order to attract and retain talent in Oracle\u2019s growing technology business.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oracle.taleo.net\/careersection\/2\/jobdetail.ftl?job=20000YCH&amp;tz=GMT%2B02%3A00&amp;tzname=Europe%2FBucharest\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>As part of Oracle&#8217;s employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process.
