{"id":115682,"date":"2020-11-05T12:48:57","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T11:48:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=115682"},"modified":"2020-11-05T00:34:17","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T23:34:17","slug":"sterlingpro-business-application-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/sterlingpro-business-application-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"SterlingPRO Business Application Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SterlingPRO Business Application Limited is a FINTECH that provides innovative, market-relevant and industrialized technology consulting solutions that drive high performance to the financial sector primarily.<\/p>\n<p>SterlingPRO is a global brand servicing Top Commercial Banks across Nigeria and Africa with plans to expand into other markets like U.S, Europe and Asia.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Anthony-Maryland, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.<\/li>\n<li>Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases.<\/li>\n<li>Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience for entry level positions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must not be older than 27 years as at last birthday.<\/li>\n<li>Most be a MALE gender.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machines.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N40,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@sterlingprong.com\"><strong>recruitment@sterlingprong.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>11th November, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SterlingPRO Business Application Limited is a FINTECH that provides innovative, market-relevant and industrialized technology consulting solutions that drive high performance to the financial sector primarily.
