By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree \/ HND with 1 &#8211;
