We have been in the business of delighting taste buds for over 10 years.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe scope of duties shall include and not be limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Support Coordination of training sessions and seminars.<\/li>\n<li>Perform orientations and update records of new staff.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.<\/li>\n<li>Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with performance management procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with at least 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:hrnutsaboutcakes@gmail.com\"><strong>hrnutsaboutcakes@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>21st December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nuts About Cakes is a full service bakery that consistently delivers superior quality in cakes, pastries, bread and desserts.
