BLCL\u2019s scope of services consists of project management of the EPC contractors that will be retained by Brass LNG to engineer and construct this project. The project duration is five years. This is a complex and challenging project with a remote jobsite location, and communication and infrastructure challenges.<\/p>\n

The selected candidates will join BLCL in its goal to create sustainable value to the Nigerian economy by systematic development of capability and capacity to Nigerian staff during the execution of Project Management services for Brass LNG Project.<\/p>\n Compensation and grade level will be commensurate with the professional training and experience of the successful candidate. As Bechtel LNG Contractors Limited is a subsidiary of a company based in the United States of America, the successful candidate shall be required to compliance with the requirements of the United States Federal Corrupt Practices Act in addition to Nigerian Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Act and other laws and regulations governing corruption and business ethics matters.<\/p>\n General Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n It is mandatory that interested candidates pass a medical examination, which may include a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.\u00a0 Candidates must possess the right to work in Nigeria.<\/p>\n Please note that the position is leadership position with 10 \u2013 15 years minimum experience required in the Engineering and Construction Industry and added advantage will be given to those who possess 5+ years working experience with Bechtel procedures, policies and processes.<\/p>\n Project Management (4) \u2013 REF 001<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized Nigerian or internationally accredited university or college, extensive knowledge of the EPC industry and 5+ years of management experience on international large and complex multi-execution center projects. Added advantage for knowledge of Bechtel organization policies, procedures and programs including QA and safety.<\/p>\n Multi-discipline knowledge in the following functions: project management, engineering, contarcts and procurement, construction, commissioning, project controls, risk and interface management.
