We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Registered Nurse<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos (Ogba, Yaba, Ikeja, Anthony and Festac<strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strictly adhere to clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures set by the hospital management.<\/li>\n<li>Administer medications, monitor desirable and undesirable effects and intervene appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that patients are provided with appropriate nutrition.<\/li>\n<li>Involve the patient, significant others, and health care providers in the plan of care when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate goes one step further by being a critical thinker, fast to act in emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate required assessment and therapeutic skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the assessment data, derive nursing interventions, set priorities according to patients\u2019 needs, formulate a plan of care, implement and evaluate the outcome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and MUST possess in addition a Post Basic qualification Certificate in the specified specialty.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures.<\/li>\n<li>A great team player with excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Cool tempered with emotional and physical stamina.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must have at least three (2-3) years\u2019 experience and possess a current practicing licence.<\/li>\n<li>Treat patients and families with care and respect while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Must have clinical experience in direct patient care.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@phs.com.ng\">careers@phs.com.ng<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PearlDrops Healthcare Staffing is a specialist health care staffing and recruitment firm with a fresh outlook to the recruitment process.
