CA Global Africa Recruitment<\/strong> is currently looking for a Head of HR (Ghana), for an International Bank in Africa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Key purpose of the role:
\nResponsible for translating the business strategy into prioritised HR actions and interventions to appropriate time, cost and quality standards that support delivery of the strategy.
\nLead business leadership teams, through the interpretation and execution of the Group\u2019s people agenda<\/p>\n

The Candidates responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n

Strategy Development:
\n\u2022 Define and develop governing objectives and policies which are aligned to Group
\n\u2022 Generate, evaluate and make recommendations on the Bank\u2019s Strategy.
\n\u2022 Establish parameters for Risk profile and policies
\n\u2022 Generate HR Strategies which support the strategic requirements of the Bank and maximize the organization and people capability
\n\u2022 Lead the business in the development, build and re-enforcement of a sustainable organization design, which supports the delivery of the business goals with maximum control, efficiency and effectiveness
\n\u2022 Develop an Employee Relations strategy to deliver HR proposition through employee consultation, information events, internal communications vehicles, interpretation of employee insight data, employment policies and involvement of recognized Trade Unions<\/p>\n

Business Performance:
\n\u2022 Identify, approve and manage the high value at stake strategies of the Bank
\n\u2022 Take major operating and investment decisions including:
\n\u2022 Overall Budget approval
\n\u2022 Prioritization
\n\u2022 Resource allocation
\n\u2022 Deliver improved governance risk management, controls and compliance
\n\u2022 Sponsor and review HR projects, services and policies ensuring that they are delivered to the Business to time, cost and quality standards
\n\u2022 Defining support requirements and HR Plans for input to the Centres of Excellence
\n\u2022 Set business requirements and review policies delivered by Centres of Excellence to ensure fit for business purpose
\n\u2022 Develop and implement the Bank\u2019s specific HR interventions which are explicitly congruent with Group HR policies and standards<\/p>\n

Leadership:
\n\u2022 Establish and embed the values, behaviors and risk appetite that underpin the achievement of the Bank\u2019s objectives
\n\u2022 Facilitation of cross Functional working including the engagement of country Managing Director
\n\u2022 Performance Development of the Senior Management population and identified talent
\n\u2022 Performance Development of direct reports<\/p>\n

The Candidate must be CIPD qualified or have a similar post graduate qualification and evidence of continued professional development, full range of distinctive capabilities and at least 70% of technical capabilities (listed below) preferred. Top Grading experience, Recruitment, E&D, D&G accredited, and experience in high performance organization or world class HR consultancy<\/p>\n
