Outdoor Catering Managers and Supervisors<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc\/HND in Food Science and Food Technology or any other related discipline with a proven track record at supervisory level of catering experience within the retail side of the business.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years work experience in same capacity<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working in contracted catering services, excellent understanding of high level commercial catering operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.) Store Managers and Officers<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nHe\/she should possess the following qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ND\/HND\/B.Sc in Store keeping\/Purchasing and Supply\/Store Management or any other related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in\u00a0accounting\u00a0and issue of all types of store materials and products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.) Outlet\/ Sales\/ Operations Managers<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidates for this positions should possess the following qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc in Food Technology\/Hotel and Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline (Minimum\u00a0graduate\u00a0degree).<\/li>\n<li>To perform this\u00a0job\u00a0successfully, the applicant must be able to perform the listed essential functions satisfactorily.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have knowledge of institutional food service and\/or restaurant management.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus acceptable\/appreciable computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and supervising good housekeeping and minimize waste.<\/li>\n<li>Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make-sure that the kitchen Management records are updated at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of the kitchen policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.) Chef and Production Managers (OutDoor Catering)<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc in Food Technology\/Hotel and Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have knowledge of institutional food service and\/or restaurant management.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus appreciable computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>At least\u00a02-3 years work experience in same capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.) Events Hall Manager and Supervisor<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nHe\/she should possess the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc\/HND in\u00a0Accounts. Economics or any other social science discipline (Minimum degree).<\/li>\n<li>Other proven professional qualifications will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years work experience of which at least\u00a02\u00a0years must have been at the level of an Events and Hall Management in an establishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.)\u00a0Account\u00a0Managers and Officers<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/she should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes:<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc\/HND in Accounts, Audit, Economics or\u00a0Banking\u00a0discipline (Minimum degree). Other proven professional qualifications will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years work experience of which at least\u00a02\u00a0years must have been at the level of an audit officer\/manager in an establishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7.) Drivers \/ Truck Drivers \/Dispatch Riders<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidates for these positions should not be more than 40 years.<\/li>\n<li>GCE\/SSCE\/O\/Level educational qualification. (A good technical college polytechnic or graduate educational qualification for Transport Superintendent)<\/li>\n<li>Professional driving school certificate qualification<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years driving experience (five years for Transport Superintendent)<\/li>\n<li>Valid Federal Government recognized drivers license<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Lagos State road network and highway code.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.) Chef and Kitchen Production Manager<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should have B.Sc\/HND in Food Technology\/Hotel and Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline (Minimum degree).<\/li>\n<li>To perform this job successfully, the applicant must be able to perform the listed essential functions satisfactorily.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have knowledge of institutional food service and\/or restaurant management.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus acceptable\/ appreciable computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Companies Artisans and Contractors Building Contractors \/ Carpenters \/Painters\/ Aluminium Contractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9.) Asset\/ Facility Manager<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nHe\/she should possess the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc\/HND in any\u00a0Engineering\u00a0\/Administrative discipline (Minimum degree). Other proven professional qualifications will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years work experience of which at least\u00a02\u00a0years must have been at the level of facility management in an establishment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n10.) Project and Building Manager<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/she should possess the following qualifications:<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have B.Sc\/HND in Civil Engineering (Minimum degree). Other proven professional qualifications will be added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years work experience of which at least 3 years must have been at the level of the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11.) Caterers\/ Cooks \/ Kitchen Trainees<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidates for these positions should possess the following qualifications and abilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good educational qualifications in catering and hotel management. (Preferably from technical schools and recognized catering schools.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of the set-up of all food product!<\/li>\n<li>Engagement in food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12.) Technicians (Electricians Plumbers, R and AS)<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and abilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good technical college, polytechnic or\u00a0university\u00a0educational qualification.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3years cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company\u2019s equipment and facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Good technical knowledge of equipment repairs and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently whilst leading a team of in house technicians<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>13.)
