We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR \/ Admin Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Calabar, Cross River<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The HR \/ Admin Officer reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for the management of drivers in His \/ her location and would assist to deliver wide range of support and administrative functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Functions of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties<\/li>\n<li>Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update physical and digital employee records like employment forms, guarantor\u2019s verification forms, employment contracts and PTO requests<\/li>\n<li>Assist with data collection and the preparation of various reports ( e.g. headcount, turnover)<\/li>\n<li>Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off<\/li>\n<li>Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Manage distribution of work tools such as CUG phones, ID cards and ensure these items are properly recorded and retrieved form exiting employees<\/li>\n<li>To manage office supplies, including inventory and purchasing.<\/li>\n<li>Update internal databases with new employees\u2019 information especially drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employees\u2019 questions about benefits, company\u2019s policies, etc<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment process from the job description to offer (advertise open positions, receive and review applications, plan interviews, check references, and prepare offer, where necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Support the recruitment process, coordinate and oversee driver\u2019s on-boarding<\/li>\n<li>Any other task as may be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience working as an HR assistant or intern or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Managerial experience and strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certification required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@whitesoulmotors.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@whitesoulmotors.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>White Soul Motors Limited, incorporated in 1996, is a leading importer, distributor and marketer of various brands of brand new and very clean foreign used vehicles.
