We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to recruit aHotel Operations Managerwho will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an exceptional marketing strategy that will improve services and generate revenue in the hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement various resolutions of the company and preside over the overall work of the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the safety of the hotel and be responsible for the coordination of social and public relations of the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the company regularly, plan and implement the hotel business plan and cost control.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively improve the service quality, ensure the high satisfaction of every customer, and maintain the company&#8217;s brand reputation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the implementation of the hotel&#8217;s standardized, process-based and institutionalized management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the realization of business objectives, timely and fully fulfill the profit targets issued by the company, and ensure the maintenance and appreciation of existing assets.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the overall operation direction and management objectives of the hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar position;<\/li>\n<li>Degree in relevant field of study from a high standard university;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant training and certifications in the hospitality sector;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience as a hotel operation manager or General manager;<\/li>\n<li>Have a good knowledge of the hospitality industry with strong ability to work independently;<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in managing teams and maximizing productivity;<\/li>\n<li>Driven, resilient and a self-motivated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking ability;<\/li>\n<li>Good written and oral communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills;<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional management and financial acumen with a strategic orientation;<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of use of Microsoft Office suite;<\/li>\n<li>Abilityto motivate oneself and others;<\/li>\n<li>Abilityto work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:hrng@yimei-hotel.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hrng@yimei-hotel.com<\/a><\/strong>using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yimei Group is a brand with large global footprint utilizing diverse brands to build a matrix and satisfy different segments of customers.
