team<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure it\u2019s strong presence<\/li>\n<li>Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs<\/li>\n<li>Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team<\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field with 2-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Successful previous experience as Procurement Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Following and enforcing the company&#8217;s procurement policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.<\/li>\n<li>Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating learning opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Observing and learning from experienced staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.<\/li>\n<li>Following all company
