Must have sound knowledge of international remittances business, tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, and monitoring production KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise<\/li>\n<li>Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability<\/li>\n<li>Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures<\/li>\n<li>Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum B.Sc \/ HND from a recognized institution<\/li>\n<li>Must have relevant experience in INTERNATIONAL REMITTANCE BUSINESS.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of operations management in a Financial Institution.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with forecasting models<\/li>\n<li>Experience with databases and project management software<\/li>\n<li>The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 4years experience as an Operations Lead in a FINTECH or Top Financial Services Firm<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager in a Mobile Money Platform or Financial Services Firm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/aifoQDq8Vkk6RmNw5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>2nd December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contec Global Group &#8211; Established in 1984 and headquartered in London, the Contec Global Group has a worldwide presence, with operations in Asia, Africa, and Europe.
