We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operation Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide inspired leadership for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Support worker communication with the management team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Work with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Operations Management or related field with 1 &#8211; 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in management, operations, and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of financial management.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN800,000 &#8211; N1,000,000 annually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:chartwellsecuritieslimited@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>chartwellsecuritieslimited@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>16th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chartwell Securities Limited is a company of investment managers and stockbrokers focused on meeting investment needs.
