We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Onitsha, Anambra<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance<\/li>\n<li>You will be the \u201cface\u201d of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Welcome and greet guest<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions and address complaints<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages<\/li>\n<li>Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them<\/li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/li>\n<li>Check, sort and forward emails<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records and files<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Take up other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as front desk representative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 0 &#8211;
