We are the hallmark of sophistication, luxury makeup, skincare innovation and sublime fragrances.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources and Administrative Executive (Male) <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAdministrative tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle office expenses and petty cash of HRA office under the approval of the HHR<\/li>\n<li>Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall running of the admin operation<\/li>\n<li>Make logistic arrangement including flights reservations, hotel and vehicle arrangement for project staffs, visitors\/partners, donors, consultants, volunteers and interns<\/li>\n<li>Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and emails to local counterparts, donors or other related offices or agencies in relation to the office operations<\/li>\n<li>Update\/manage the filling system both hard and electronic copies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Human Resource tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommend and execute annual staff development plan<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees in compliance with applicable laws<\/li>\n<li>Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization\u2019s needs<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitating HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, employee relation<\/li>\n<li>Develop job descriptions for current\/new positions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list<\/li>\n<li>Assist the progress of job planning and performance management<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR &amp; Admin functions<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relations with government, labor union and other related personnel stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and record employee time sheets and leave requests<\/li>\n<li>Other related assignments task as may be assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND in Administration, Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification is require e.g CIPM, CIPD.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5year experience working as an HR and administrative officer<\/li>\n<li>Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good in information technologies<\/li>\n<li>Experience in team working<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and deadline<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to occasionally travel for work, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (both oral and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@montaigneplace.com\">careers@montaigneplace.com<\/a> <\/strong>using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montaigne Place Is the leading luxury cosmetics, wellbeing and fragrance company in Nigeria.
