We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position is accountable for the overall success of the company, meeting and exceeding revenue measures.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet client&#8217;s expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategically identify and develop new business opportunities that either expand on current business or have the potential to generate new revenue streams.<\/li>\n<li>Support the senior managers to prepare and write bids for tenders and\/or proposals that place the company in the position to win business.<\/li>\n<li>Provide high-level client interface and assist staff as necessary with building a secure relationships<\/li>\n<li>Building excellent staff culture and client relationships, through leadership, by example and strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate high levels of staff retention by creating a challenging, stimulating and exciting work environment which encourages optimal individual and team performance.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the quality, timeliness and presentation of work and ensuring a high degree of professionalism is maintained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and <\/strong><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from a reputable organization.<\/li>\n<li>MSc\/MBA is mandatory and must also be professionally certified<\/li>\n<li>8 -10 years working experience in the same capacity<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in managing a diverse workforce including both sales and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships external partners<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@lingtonandbernie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recruitment@lingtonandbernie.com<\/a><\/strong> using the &#8220;Position Title&#8221;
