We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calendar Management &#8211; This includes the management of calendars, related correspondence, meeting details and logistics coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Event Coordination &#8211; Coordinates management meetings, general meetings and other support required for various events and meetings.<\/li>\n<li>PowerPoint Excel and Word Documents &#8211; Prepares electronic files with validated ability to proofread for spelling and grammar.<\/li>\n<li>Office support &#8211; Provides back up support as needed for management staff<\/li>\n<li>Travel coordination &#8211; Leads and coordinates travel itineraries and related meetings, which are sometimes international.
