We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Journey Management \/ Protocol Officer <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, execute and report on all Security escort tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all elements involved in the security escort activity; Escort dispatchers, OPG, Spy police,<\/li>\n<li>Security Coordination Room (SCR) and drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up of Escort security vehicles maintenance and communication systems<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with Logistics movement on the execution of all movements requiring escorts<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with GSA; police, military, airport personnel and traffic management authorities whose assistance may be required for the successful execution of escort tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the selection, training and deployment of orderlies to top management<\/li>\n<li>Organize escort process routine &amp; non-routine<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to evaluation of needs &amp; capabilities to the Security Coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Develop teamwork between drivers(civilian\/SPY) and armed escorts; resolve conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of quick mobilization of security personnel (real Vs plan)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of security vehicles (Operations plan Vs Maintenance plan)<\/li>\n<li>Synergise with Security Coordination Room for coordination and tracking of Escorts<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Logistics department for details of movements that require escorts and for the assignment of civilian escort drivers and repairs\/maintenance of escort vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Address escort requests<\/li>\n<li>Receive and process motorised escort requests via the escort management system or email<\/li>\n<li>Assign security resources for approved security escort requests<\/li>\n<li>Escalate requests for approval as required<\/li>\n<li>Plan all land and boat transit escorts according to requests or daily needs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare escort orders<\/li>\n<li>Assign adequate escorts to land and boat teams including requirement for marine police and security<\/li>\n<li>Prepare security teams for emergency response<\/li>\n<li>Supervise escort execution<\/li>\n<li>Set-up of escort by dispatcher:<\/li>\n<li>Assignation of team \/ vehicles by dispatcher to perform all escort orders<\/li>\n<li>Readiness of security personnel before departure<\/li>\n<li>Execution of escort by Convoy commander:<\/li>\n<li>Security Risk Assessment by convoy commander with Security control<\/li>\n<li>Pre-Service briefing before departure<\/li>\n<li>Check of compliance to standards (communication means, flashlights, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Escort execution and reporting by Convoy Commanders<\/li>\n<li>Tracking of Escort convoys using status reports and tracking tools<\/li>\n<li>Report escort process performance<\/li>\n<li>Security anomalies, breaches\/incidents<\/li>\n<li>Process follow-up data (escort start time- real vs plan, # escorts- real vs plan, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Report escort performance indicators: % non-routine escort requests granted, % Escorts On time In full (routine \/ non-routine)<\/li>\n<li>Proposals on how to improve the Escorts process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree \/ HND qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 5-10 years experience in any Government Security Agency<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, decision making, investigative and analytical skills are required for this position.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the computer system is also required for the position.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of fleet management will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Essential skills Personal leadership skills, time management, relationship and team building, problem-solving, good initiative and good decision-making skills are essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:<strong><a href=\"mailto:avanthalogen18@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">avanthalogen18@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> using &#8220;Journey Management \/ Protocol Officer&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant Halogen is an integrated talent risk management and outsourcing solutions company.
