We pride ourselves in offering our exceptional customer experience to asignificant consumer base across Nigeria.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Port-Harcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resposibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop policy and manage the human resources activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>People oriented and results driven<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or related field<\/li>\n<li>CIPM Certification<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:vacancies@genesisgroupng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>vacancies@genesisgroupng.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<br \/>\nOr<br \/>\nSubmit hard copy at:<br \/>\n<strong>Plot 198 \/ 199 Rumuogba Estate, Along Aba Road,<br \/>\nPort-Harcourt, Rivers State<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Genesis Group is a fast-paced hospitality conglomerate with business interests in restaurants, catering, hotels, cinemas, and snack food manufacturing.
