We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Officer II<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Isolo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts as a first point of call to customers\/visitors<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the reception area is tidy<\/li>\n<li>Approve every job order prepared by Mary.<\/li>\n<li>Update the customer database ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Send total value of goods produced to customers upon completion.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on customers to ascertain receipt of goods, customer satisfaction and\/or complaints, if any, and escalate same to appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Liase with Accountant on customers that are indebted to the company, and call up the customers<\/li>\n<li>Receives telephone calls and re-routes to appropriate department<\/li>\n<li>Acts as liason between departments for customer related issues<\/li>\n<li>Issues invoice\/requisition to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proforma invoice<\/li>\n<li>Post invoices into the quick book system.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experiece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Application to: <a href=\"mailto:sopexltd@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sopexltd@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>18th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sopex Hitech Services Limited is a leading flexible \/ manufacturing and industrial company, with extensive knowledge and experience in packaging solutions.
