We believe this is a basic human right, and 3Line is our platform for achieving this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>We focus on four key areas: Electronic Banking, Issuer Processing, Agency Banking and Identity Management, all driven by our Card Scheme. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Agent Expansion Manager <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the States achieves profitable sales growth across the agency banking platform.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, motivate and measure the performance of the Agent and Aggregators to ensure revenue targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely submission, and monitor quality of Agent performance in an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with Aggregators, Field agentsand schedule site visits to Agents with issues on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Carry out monthly KPI review for each aggregator, field agent and agent<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze Agent and Aggregator\u2019s activities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review new Agents revenue and transaction rates<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Agent forum\/training for all Agents in the Region.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize proactive sales management techniques, incentives and other motivational initiatives in conjunction with Freedom Network\u2019s objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Agents within the region have a \u2018current\u2019 service level agreement in place with Freedom Network<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor sales systems and procedures and make recommendations for continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Agents within the region are fully branded and location is very visible<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all POS with Agents within the region are fully utilized<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate Agency documentation in line with laid down procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless Agent on-boarding process , training and development for all Agents<\/li>\n<li>Gather market intelligence and communicate to reporting head for Business Decision Making.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Targets are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree with 3-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant with the rural\/urban area and able to speak the native languages.<\/li>\n<li>Proven business analysis skills with the ability to proactively meet objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation skills and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Aggresive marketing and people management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make presentations using Microsoft power point, excel, &amp; word<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication both (oral and written) and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Patience and resilience<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting &amp; persuasive skills<\/li>\n<li>Client &amp; territory relationship management ability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and also as a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nNGN250,000 \/ Month (Maximum).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV to:<strong><a href=\"mailto:3linehr@gmail.com\">3linehr@gmail.com<\/a> <\/strong>using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th December, 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3Line Card Management Limited commenced business in 2007 with the primary aim of using technology to make financial services easily available to the financially excluded.
