We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Services Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Internship<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Use the organizational Enterprise System<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods\/tools<\/li>\n<li>Meet personal\/team sales targets and call handling quotas<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies<\/li>\n<li>Go the extra mile to engage customers<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media<\/li>\n<li>Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information<\/li>\n<li>Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling<\/li>\n<li>Cancel or upgrade accounts<\/li>\n<li>Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges<\/li>\n<li>Advise on company information<\/li>\n<li>Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers<\/li>\n<li>Place or cancel orders<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale<\/li>\n<li>Act as the company gatekeeper<\/li>\n<li>Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions<\/li>\n<li>Handle product recalls<\/li>\n<li>Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation<\/li>\n<li>Inform customer of deals and promotions<\/li>\n<li>Sell products and services<\/li>\n<li>Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered<\/li>\n<li>Close out or open call records.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Read from scripts<\/li>\n<li>Handle changes in policies or renewals<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent with 1 &#8211; 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Are you a focused service-oriented person with good communication skills both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Application Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:3line@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>3line@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>22nd December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3Line commenced business in 2007 with the primary aim of using technology to make financial services easily available to the financially excluded.
