Our Nigerian office is at Ikeja, Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Admin<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and processing purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing sales transaction invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying orders, including customers&#8217; personal information and payment details.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.<\/li>\n<li>Compiling monthly sales reports.<\/li>\n<li>Expediting orders through internal liaison.<\/li>\n<li>Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying new products to add to those on offer.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED.<\/li>\n<li>An Associate\u2019s or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidate should forward their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:careers@coltonng.com\"><strong>careers@coltonng.com<\/strong><\/a>using the title as the subject of the mail e.g &#8220;Sales Admin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>12th December, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colton Group of Nigeria is an emerging leader in the manufacturing and distribution of next generation Construction Chemicals and Solutions for virtually any type of construction project, combining high-quality products,&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4,63],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
