A household name in the transportation industry and one of the largest provider of intercity and interstate transportation, serving more than 200 destinations across Nigeria and West Africa with a modern, environmentally-friendly fleet.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations: <\/strong>Coker and Orile, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire a secretary with at least 3 years experience in secretarial duties living within the Coker \/ Festac \/ Mile 2 \/ Surulere area of Lagos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Professionally greet and receive guests and clients<\/li>\n<li>Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a filing system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the daily\/weekly\/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a secretary.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.<\/li>\n<li>High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr.cv@guotransport.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hr.cv@guotransport.com.ng<\/a> <\/strong>using &#8220;Executive Secretary&#8221; as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>15th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GUO Transport Company Limited is a division of G.
