We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective (s)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finding and recruiting the right channel members, then onboarding them. Ensure retaining and penetrating those existing channel member accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Sells the entire product line(or selections) to a single or multiple account within the territory, according to products mapping into outlets types.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company to the channel partners and channel partner to the company in all sales-oriented activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using advanced product knowledge and business planning skills will drive sell-in to channel members<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day activities around generating and placing orders towards the achievement of specific channels sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Collects data and feedback on product performance, competition ad other vital information from the market.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as an advisor to the channel members to help them plan their orders in order to achieve minimum profitability targets for this business<\/li>\n<li>Works closely with Marketing to promote products and generate awareness for the brands under the company&#8217;s brand portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Build and grow genuine relationships with channel partners, especially the key individuals that manage the businesses.<\/li>\n<li>This role will have a revenue responsibility \/quota target<\/li>\n<li>Typical revenue responsibility will be determined by the National Sales Manager<\/li>\n<li>Conducting scheduled and unscheduled visits as part of account coverage with physical visits and inspection of 3rd party retail outlets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><br \/>\nOverall Revenue Achieved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>% Revenue from New Products<\/li>\n<li>% Overall Revenue Growth<\/li>\n<li>% Revenue Variance to Forecast<\/li>\n<li>% Share of Wallet<\/li>\n<li>% Sales Department SG&amp;A to Revenue<\/li>\n<li>% Overhead Cost to Sales<\/li>\n<li>% Customer Interactions:<\/li>\n<li>% Customers Master Data Accuracy in the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Pipeline Value:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>% of channel partners meeting minimum inventory over X Days<\/li>\n<li>% Hit Rate\/Strike Rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Timely Order Processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>% Processing Errors<\/li>\n<li>% First Time Orders<\/li>\n<li>% Planning deadlines achieved<\/li>\n<li>% Sales Forecast Accuracy<\/li>\n<li>% Adherence to Process<\/li>\n<li>% Compliance with System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, HND or Master&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience on direct sales is essential<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in selling into wholesale organisations and retail outlets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sell through products, monitor sell out and good reporting skill<\/li>\n<li>Experience in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with Cosmetics, Pharma, and Personal Care products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Competency:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer\/Client Focus.<\/li>\n<li>Business Acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Results Driven.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Results Driven.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills.
