We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Advisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Portharcourt, Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the human resources activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 2years of work experience.<\/li>\n<li>CIPM Certification<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Executive or in an administrative capacity.<\/li>\n<li>People-oriented and result-driven<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:vacancies@genesisgroupng.com\">Recruitment@genesisgroupng.com<\/a><\/strong> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<br \/>\nOr<br \/>\nSubmit hard copy at:<br \/>\n<strong>Genesis F&amp;B,<br \/>\nKM 17 PH\/Aba Express Road,<br \/>\nPort Harcourt &#8211; Rivers State.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Genesis Group is a fast-paced hospitality conglomerate with business interests in restaurants, catering, hotels, cinemas, and snack food manufacturing.
