We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary objective of this role is to receive and direct clients and service personnel to appropriate departments and ensuring that the proper channels are maintained in communications and personnel interaction from an entry point perspective.Candidate must be currently working in a financial instituition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Notifies company personnel of visitor\u2019s arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains security and telecommunications system.<\/li>\n<li>Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor tags.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the company\u2019s products and brands to be able to discuss with walk in clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements, Key Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess an HND \/ Degree with 3-5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Telephone Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English<\/li>\n<li>Good Listener<\/li>\n<li>Professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Customer Focus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize<\/li>\n<li>Handles Pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:info@bellforteconsulting.com\"><strong>info@bellforteconsulting.com<\/strong><\/a> using the position as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th December, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bellforte Consulting &#8211; We are a strategic consulting firm integrating a full range of business consulting capabilities.
