We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account \/ Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Bariga, Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors<\/li>\n<li>Process bank deposits<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, send and store invoices<\/li>\n<li>Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments<\/li>\n<li>Submit tax forms<\/li>\n<li>Identify and address discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n<li>Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail<\/li>\n<li>Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree \/ HND qualification with 1 &#8211; 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator in a Supermarket Or Retail Store<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 &#8211; N100,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:radicalrevolution360@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>radicalrevolution360@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>18th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Revolutions Consulting and Environmental Services is a business management consulting firm.
