We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Operating Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Your primary goal will be to increase our organization&#8217;s productivity, efficiency, and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations<\/li>\n<li>Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth<\/li>\n<li>Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research<\/li>\n<li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth<\/li>\n<li>Establish policies that promote company culture and vision<\/li>\n<li>Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication<\/li>\n<li>Assist CEO in fundraising ventures<\/li>\n<li>Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with partners\/vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 &#8211; 15 years&#8217; of executive experience in financial services<\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning and business development experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in fundraising will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of data analysis and performance\/operation metrics<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of IT\/Business infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>BSc \/ BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc\/MBA is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/2349847585\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paymish is made up of courageous, curious, open, diverse, optimistic and honest people.
