We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Kitchen Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Kado, Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting with clients to ascertain the intended functions and appearance of each space.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipating and informing clients of additional features which may be of use to them.<\/li>\n<li>Giving careful consideration to the placement of water and electrical systems to ensure safety.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations and loose furniture.<\/li>\n<li>Suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting clients to select and supervise the work of independent contractors, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with clients&#8217; visions.<\/li>\n<li>Informing clients about appropriate care for their kitchens.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping a record of hours and activities completed to ensure that clients are billed accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Observing prescribed building and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in Architecture or Fine Arts<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as a Kitchen Designer.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools.<\/li>\n<li>Catalog of completed blueprints, plus completed kitchens.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of and strict adherence to the area&#8217;s building codes.<\/li>\n<li>Top-notch communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Active listening skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Respect for differing opinions, styles, and financial situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should Send &#8220;PDF&#8221; copies of their CV and Cover Letter to: <a href=\"mailto:frdesigns6@gmail.com\"><strong>frdesigns6@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>1st January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Firat Building Materials is Nigeria\u2019s leading supplier of top construction\/building material and services.
